Operational guidelines

Once the webhook is configured, Plato's source will automatically and reliably receive Plato data.
Ensure the Plato API key is provided as the Authorization header value exactly as-is.

Set the appropriate currency (ISO 4217) for invoice products, default is SGD.
Define the custom link key inside patient.custom that holds the ttocdp linkage value (e.g., Tnc0).
